The Sandy Township Board of Trustees will meet in Special Session on Tuesday April 28, 2026 at 4:00 PM at the Sandy Townshp Office Buildining located at 8170 Waynesburg Drive.  The purpose of this special session is to sign the Rock Salt resolution to participate in the ODOT rock salt contract for 2026-2027 year.  The Board will also dicsuss repairs to township vehicles.

Honoring the Life and Service of Trustee Robert “Bob” Fallot

We are deeply saddened by the passing of Sandy Township Trustee Robert “Bob” Fallot. Bob was more than a public servant—he was a man of faith, family, and community. For decades, he dedicated his life to serving others, whether through his military service, his work as a trustee, his time with Scouts and 4-H, or simply sharing wisdom with his grandsons in the garage.

His steady leadership, kind spirit, and devotion to both his family and community leave behind a legacy that will be felt for years to come. Our thoughts and prayers are with Betty, their children, grandchildren, and the entire Fallot family during this difficult time.

Bob’s life was one of service, integrity, and love. He will be greatly missed.
